Information you give us
When you answer our qualification questions or book a call, you may give us your name, email, phone, city, and your answers about your goals, timeline, price range, or credit. If you call, text, or email, we receive what you share.
Loan applications are completed on our secure application portal, and its own privacy notice governs that information.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare for your call, and discuss loan options, and to comply with the law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Your financial information
The detailed financial information a mortgage needs — such as your Social Security number, income, employment, assets, debts, and credit history — is collected only through our secure loan application, not through this website's forms. It is handled under JD Lending Group Inc.'s consumer financial privacy notice, which you receive when you apply, as required by federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act).
We check your credit only with your authorization. To process a loan, we share information only as needed with credit reporting agencies, appraisers, title and closing companies, mortgage investors and servicers, and government agencies, and with your real estate agent only if you ask us to. We never sell your financial information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Jean Darius may text you about your request, your appointments, and related information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose.
Visit statistics
To improve the site we count visits: the page, where the visit came from (for example Google or Instagram), the type of device, and an approximate city based on your IP address. We don't use cookies for this and we don't store your IP address. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, your visits aren't counted.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential:
- jd-lang — remembers the language you chose (English or Kreyòl Ayisyen).
- jd-theme — remembers whether you chose the light or dark look.
- Question answers — kept in your browser only for the visit, so you don't answer the first question twice.
Third-party (set by those services, not by us):
- Google Maps — the office map may set Google's own cookies when it loads.
- Calendly — the booking calendar may set its own cookies when it loads.
You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser's settings.
Other services we use
Calendly (booking a call), Google Maps (office map), Fontshare (fonts), our secure loan application portal, and Vercel (website hosting), which keeps standard server logs. Each service has its own privacy policy, which governs the information it handles.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
